"Hot tubs were nice we used them everyday we were there."

"The hotel was very clean and new. The rooms were large and comfortable. The showers were great and had amazing water pressure. Thw outdoor and indoor pools kept the children entertained for hours. There was a small game area inside tbat we missed until the last day and my kids were sad we didnt get to use it. Our only complaint was the drinks from the outdoor bar. They were very small for the price and not very good. Not flavorful and there didnt seem to be any alcohol in them. The breakfast was really good. Staff was constantly stocking items and very nice. I would have loved some creamers other than just half and half for the coffee. "

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. The only downside was the jacuzzi tub jets didn’t work and the jacuzzi was the main reason I got this room. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. When the doors to the hotel opens, the first thing was how beautiful the lobby is. The check in was a breeze. The sweet lady at check in told me about the movies and popcorn. We went upstairs to go to our room, and upon opening our door the room was huge and clean. The bed was super comfortable as well. The next day we left the room to enjoy all the wonderful splendors of Pigeon Forge. And I received a text from the hotel, asking if the stay was ok and if I needed anything. I have traveled a lot and that is some of the best customer service I have EVER received. After our day was done when went to the hotel and went into the room, the cleaning staff had left a note saying they couldn’t make up our bed because our personal belongings was on the bed. I love love this, that showed us they had been in our room and gave us extra towel's. I have the hardest time getting extra towel’s. We two people check in and there isn’t enough towel’s for two people, I have to call and get them to bring me some. And I didn’t have to do that this time. AMAZING!!! The pool was open 24 hours of the day, I would definitely recommend everyone staying here!!! "

"Nice, secluded facility 1000' above Gatlinburg!!! The views from our room, especially at night, we're fantastic! Don't plan on spending any time on your rooms balcony.. Very small, with no chairs, a high solid wall, and lots ofittlw harmless, but annoying, bugs. Also be aware of the bear warning signs....if you leave food in you vehicle, the bears have been known to break in!! One last thing.. Very easy the the National Park, but if you want to avoid long traffic lines, you need to be in the park shortly after sunrise, at least during leaf peeping season. "
