「We enjoyed staying at this house for a week. We used it as a base camp while exploring Florida. Having an abundance of rooms and a pool made our stay enjoyable. Would recommend staying again. The quiet neighborhood was a definite plus.」

「Our family loves to come to this property every year. It is large enough for us to spread out when needed but with lots of space to also spend great time together. The property is exactly as listed and in a very safe neighborhood. It is close to shopping, restaurants and Disney. I highly recommend this rental property. We already can't wait to return next year.」

「The house was clean and well decorated with high end appliances and bedding and towels. The owner was gracious and helpful. It is certainly beneficial to not have houses behind the property.However 2 of the 4 nights we had neighbors out by their pool which is maybe 30 feet from the house in which we were staying and they had a large speaker and microphone which was turned up high. The first night at 1:15am we asked them to lower the music which did not happen. The second night we called the...

「Perfect size house for our family of 8! The house was very clean and the beds quite comfortable. It was so nice to have a pool to cool off in at the end of the day. The A/C in the house worked fantastic too! We appreciated the closeness of the property to the Disney Parks, and its location being close to restaurants and grocery/Wal-Mart. Check-in process was very easy…good instructions were provided. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer so that we could wash our sweaty/damp clothes...

「This home was clean and looked just as pictured. It was nice having a Master Bedroom on the main floor and upstairs. Nice space to use for playing games and hanging out. The pool and hot tub were great too! We would stay here again! 」

「The Host was terrific. She answered all of my questions. She also wrote explicit instructions for check-in and check-out. The Villa was immaculate and in a nice location. It was also very quiet. Sufficient supplies were provided. The golf cart was in great shape. I would definitely consider using this property again in the future.」

「Lovely villa in quiet neighbourhood. A really good base to rest in after the busy parks. On arrival the pool had been left in a dirty state by previous people but after a phone call this was sorted quickly. Towels had been put away dirty too even though we are asked to wash them. Kitchen had everything we needed. The villa is lovely but could do with a really thorough clean through. Would still use it again. Thank you 」
