“Had to go to the Cape for work, so decided to make an off-season weekend out of it. Traveled with 3 adults, two teens and our small dog. The Sailboat Suite was very spacious and lots of great character. Positive reviews all around from our group. “Very clean apartment. The owner was very responsive thru out trip. I was a bit worried about parking on the street since it is on a corner but all worked out fine. Washer and dryer are in the basement, but they are for the use of only the apartment guest so it wasn't a big deal if we had to leave something sit until we came back from our daily excursion. “The place just didn’t seem clean. It wreaked or Fabuloso. We were told to not block the driveway, but someone else blocked it, so we had to walk don the block just to get on the sidewalk.
