「Pool side view of the most beautiful part of the Llano River Great breakfast made by Emmet」

「The three positives concerning the property are: It's clean, quiet and convenient. However, the property is overpriced for what you get. The outside picture makes it look like a quaint cottage but it is a manufactured home. Once inside, you're informed that you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilets. Soiled tissue is to be placed in the trash. It was communicated that the septic system couldn't handle it. Relative to the toilets themselves, the master toilet flushed well, but the other toilet...

「The room was fine and clean. Nice room. The pool was our issue. It needed some maintenance and cleaning. The outside yard and area needed mowing and maintenance. This was a minor issue but just some basic yard and area maintenance. The pool being in the condition it was in was our big issue. The owner responded very quickly and via text, very quickly and was responsive. There was not much he could get done that quickly.」

「This place is an absolute hidden gem! Quiet. Secluded. Everything you would ever want in a relaxing home away from home. Everything is perfect. It’s blatantly obvious this host takes pride in their property. They have thought of everything you might need or want during your stay. The “lazy morning” breakfast provided by the host for our first morning was such a kind and thoughtful gift. Homemade granola, yogurt, home baked orange cranberry bread and personal sausage kolaches, plus an assortment...

「Location is perfection. 1 block from HEB and a few short blocks from Main. The room was cozy and appreciated the extra amenities with the larger community kitchen (ice and water). Would definitely stay here again!」

「Beautiful ranch, lots of cool animals. Had a few things that needed fixing but owner and staff was attentive to our needs. 」

「The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the A/C worked great! The bathroom was nice and had a great shower. Our only complaint was that the listing and the printed receipt said it included breakfast vouchers. There were not any vouchers when we checked in. My husband called to ask how we got them. The lady told him that they had stopped providing the vouchers last summer. She explained that they either had to stop doing the vouchers or go up on the room prices. He told...

「Not a fan, wouldn't stay again. Stayed in the Alden Haus, suite 2. Room was clean, bed was pretty comfortable, bring a fan or something for sound because it is eerily quite at night plus you can hear the people in the other room (we could even hear them use the bathroom). They need better curtains, if your light is on when it's dark congrats everyone can see clear into your room! Hot tub area needs to be cleaned, I get it's an closed in area outside but it wouldn't hurt to dust or sweep it out...
