“Extremely poor communication from property owner/host. Once trip was booked i didn’t hear back from them AT ALL!!! I had questions and requests that went completely unanswered!!! Also the thing we were most excited for, the pool, was full of dead and alive bugs. And before you ask, no there was no net whatsoever to clean them out of the pool so we could enjoy it. “The cottage was cute, and impeccably clean. That's a huge plus. There are things the owners need to address sooner rather than later, things that are wearing down and getting tired. The shower head only sprays out of three of the nozzles- this needs thoroughly de-limed or replaced, the range takes a very long time to heat up- it took us an hour to make a simple breakfast, the grill was filthy and there was nothing to clean it with; it's also very rusted and missing most of the heat-regulating……

“We had a fine time staying in your Cedar Cabin! All the amenities were as promised, no shortages and some in excess! Everything worked exactly as it should. The view from the deck on the back of the cabin was quite enjoyable; watching the riverboats and barges cruise up and down the Ohio River was fascinating (our dog enjoyed being out there too : ) ! “Overall, this stay worked for the purpose our group needed it for. There were a few hiccups along the way, but nothing unfixable. The house itself is beautiful, the hammock on the deck is a really cool feature but also placed in a spot where there was a 50/50 chance you'd have a sewage smell while enjoying the feature. This house is in a very rural area. All five of us, with different cell providers and from different areas of the country, had issues with cell service at the house. WiFi was……
