As expected, good location for beach days

As expected for the price. Everything worked: aircondition, breakfast, shower and so on. Good with close location to the beach. The bed seemed ok, but I prefer a bit more softer/cushioning bed. There were some roadworks being done in the street, so not easy to pass with a suitcase and would be impossible with a car. Nothing that the hotel can do with that.

Totale mancanza di flessibilità e servizi base. Punti di forza: Parcheggio comodo e posizione strategica vicina al lungomare. Punti deboli: Assenza di servizi in camera, gestione del cliente inaccettabile e promesse non mantenute. Soggiorno di lavoro da dimenticare. Nota positiva solo per il parcheggio e la vicinanza al lungomare, ma i disservizi gestionali hanno reso il soggiorno poco gradevole. Con temperature esterne superiori ai 30 gradi, ho trovato una camera totalmente priva di frigobar. Come se non bastasse, lo staff mi ha espressamente vietato di lasciare una bottiglia d'acqua nel frigorifero del ristorante per la notte, costringendomi a rimanere senza acqua fresca.L'efficienza del personale è stata compromessa anche la mattina successiva. La colazione apriva alle 8:00, orario in cui dovevo tassativamente iniziare a lavorare. Avendo chiesto un piccolo anticipo, lo staff mi aveva rassicurata garantendomi che almeno un caffè sarebbe stato disponibile prima del mio avvio. Risultato? Alle 7:45 la sala era completamente deserta, non c'era nessuno del personale e sono dovuta andare via a stomaco vuoto e senza caffè.Mancanza totale di orientamento al cliente, flessibilità zero e servizi base inesistenti. Struttura assolutamente sconsigliata per chi viaggia per affari. Invito inoltre il personale ad evitare di fumare in reception perché l'odore di fumo era nauseante.
