Villa Ieranto is a gorgeous luxury property situated near the beach of Marina del Cantone in Nerano, an ancient fishermen village that is a famous tourist destination with a number of villas, hotels and some of the best starred restaurants of the Sorrento coast.
The villa is about 200 m2, it spreads over two levels, with panoramic terraces overlooking the sea. It has elevators, private access to the sea, also accessible by a private funicular, parking space, air conditioning, heating and free WI­FI connection.
All rooms are beautiful and welcoming and enjoy stunning views over Marina del Cantone and "Li Galli" islets.
The villa has wide outdoor areas (about 500 m2), the swimming pool with whirlpool overlooks the sea, it is 3.90 meters wide, 9 meters long and 1.20 to 1.70 meters deep, and is located on a terrace between two maritime pines, with plenty of seating.
This place is perfect to unwind breathing the fragrance of the flower gardens all around it.
The swimming pool is open all year round.
You will reach the rooms of the villa from the parking area and from the entrance gate directly with a lift or via an external stone staircase of about 30 steps.
The terrace at the ground floor is about 140 m2, the area in front of the large living room has a fully furnished seating and dining area with a large table set under an ancient olive tree. This area is equipped with curtains that create the atmosphere of a comfortable patio.
The top floor has a large terrace with flower beds that lead to the bedrooms (four in total), all panoramic and tastefully furnished.
The first bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a double bed and a single bed (with extra pull­out bed), Sat TV, safe, a cot, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is provided with washbasin, toilet, shower, a magnificent mirror, hairdryer and a dedicated courtesy set. From the bedroom you can access the beautiful terrace with sea view. You will reach the bedroom both from the hallway and from the terrace.
The second bedroom with ensuite bathroom has also a double bed and a single bed, Sat TV, safe, a minibar, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is provided with washbasin, toilet, shower, a beautiful mirror, hairdryer and a dedicated courtesy set. From the bedroom you can access a large balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and the "Li Galli" islets. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.
The third bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a double bed, a balcony with a view of the sea, Sat TV, safe, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, shower, a mirror, hairdryer and a dedicated courtesy set. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.
Two cots and two high chairs for children are available on request.
The ground floor can be reached by elevator or by the external stone stairs. The outdoor area features a wide terrace adorned with flower beds that frame the several outdoor areas equipped (seating area, dining area, brick barbecue and pizza oven).
The panoramic living room that gives onto the terrace/patio has a seating area equipped with Sat TV, three elegant sofas and a dining area with a large table. The living room, is equipped with air conditioning, heating and telephone.
The kitchen is fully­equipped, it has a five­burner gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, a fridge with freezer, a wine cellar, an ice maker, dishwasher, an Italian­style coffee­maker, an American coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and other useful appliances.
Even in the kitchen air conditioning, heating and telephone are available.
From the kitchen you can access the equipped terrace with a built­in barbecue and a wood­burning oven for pizzas. You will reach the kitchen from both the living room and the terrace.
The fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom, is spacious and super­panoramic, with a double bed, Sat TV, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet, shower, a mirror, hairdryer and a dedicated courtesy set.
The bedroom gives onto the beautiful terrace with sea view. You can reach the bedroom both from the hallway and from the terrace.
The guests’ bathroom is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will reach it from the hallway.
The laundry is equipped with washing machine, iron and board. You will reach the laundry room from the hallway.
The service room is equipped with a single bed, wardrobe, bedside table with attached bathroom with shower and toilet. You will reach the service room through the laundry room.
The villa is supplied with high quality linen and beach towels.
Private boat, chef, pizza maker and other services are available on request.
Finally, there’s no need of a car to stay at Villa Ieranto, but if you have one you can park it for free inside the property.

Rental rules
A 40% non refundable deposit is required upon confirmation, the final balance is due within 60 days prior to arrival.
A cash refundable deposit of 2.000 Euros is required upon arrival and it will be returned at time of departure less any charges in case of damage to the property.
Check-In time is from 15:30 to 17:30; Check-Out time is by 9:30 am
The rates include:
House cleaning every day (5 hours a day), use of swimming pool and garden maintenance (except on Sundays);
Daily change of bath towels, change of pool towels and bed linens twice a week;
Final cleaning;
Continental breakfast with self-catering service (fresh bread, fresh croissants, biscuits, pastries, seasonal fruit, yoghurt, butter, orange juice, jam, honey, coffee).
Extra costs:
City tax: € 3,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards).
Note: The pool can be heated at extra cost.
