"The property is beautiful, but the staff will leave you wanting more. This is a beautiful resort in a beautiful location. We found however compared to all inclusive resorts in other countries, the staff just had no desire to please the guests. There was no urgency or willingness to help. They just show up and do their jobs. Which for some people may be fine, but we are used to extreme levels of hospitality at all inclusive resorts. It all started from check in. We checked in after midnight which meant that the staff member who dropped us at our rooms was giving us a tour of the property in the pitch black. This left us to figure everything out ourselves the next day even though we explained to staff we got in late. Next was the housekeeping. The rooms were muggy and moldy. The bed was made but there was never a clean smell. In fact, it smelled like a dirty mop was being used. Next is concierge. There were instances on property that we discovered had an upcharge. When we asked about these restricted areas, we were only told, this is for prestige members. No one asked us if we wanted to become prestige members. Concierge didn’t make any effort to book reservations or excursions for us. Granted, we did not seek out any excursions, but again, the general lack of urgency from staff was not what we were used to. This is the first all inclusive vacation in my life where I tipped less than $50 the whole trip. Only the nice lady at breakfast went above and beyond. Would not recommend"

"Hotel revitalizado, reinaugurado em JAN26. Tudo está bem novo. Os funcionários são bem prestativos. Como ponto negativo, não há cadeiras e barracas suficientes na área da piscina. E os hóspedes já colocam toalhas para reservá-las cedo pela manhã, mesmo sem estarem utilizando a cadeiras."

"The room was clean and in excellent condition, with beverages available all day in the minibar. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained.The Signature pool was fantastic, and the quality of the beverages there was excellent (Grey Goose and other premium options). The beach service for Signature guests was also very good. In general, the food throughout the resort was very good.Minor complaints:The food at the beach and pool bars was only average. However, you can always go to the beach buffet or the main resort buffet if you want something more substantial. It was difficult to get a table at the à la carte restaurants more than once. The concierge tried hard to help us, so I can’t complain about their effort, but it seemed the restaurants were not operating at full capacity — there were many empty tables every night across all shifts. Overall, it’s a great place and I would recommend it. "

"Overall we liked , a beautiful Pousada, decor and comfortable room. The only think is that it can be loud if you have kids above you. And the breakfast starts at 8:00 am ( TOO LATE ) if you want to leave early . "
