「The staff was extraordinary kind and helpful.」

「Banheiro sujo, Wi fi razoável, boa localização」

「The hotel sold me the room without Air Condition, which I booked with air condition. They refused to refund my money, after 1 night I moved out from the hotel. They fail to fix the air condition. Stay away from this hotel, so many hotels around this area with better condition.」

「Such value for money. Very clean. Host was attentive nothing was a problem. 2 min walk to get a ferry so perfect location. Just heads up if you want to eat out do it by 5.30pm as places closed early.」

「Staff could not be more helpful. We had a great snorkle trip organised from the staff and easy taxi services from the property. Lovely pool and nice rooms. Breakfast was lovely. Minimal access to full bar menus in the general vicinity so if you want more than beer better to self cater before arrival. Would recommend staying here for a relaxed base to visit great reef systems and smaller island trips.」

「Wanting to keep this amazing place as a secret for myself but it is the only place you should choose when visiting tetebatu. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. The property is so peaceful and calming. The food was a standout from my whole trip across Lombok including delicious dinner and breakfast. The owners care and eye for detail on everything are evident and nothing is ever too much. You have to come experience it for yourself. Recommend also their guide for a day walking tour...

「Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were professional, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout. However, the breakfast served by the café partnered with the hotel was extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was by far the biggest downside of my stay. Aside from that, everything else was enjoyable.」

「War schön.」

「Bellissima casetta con piscinetta in stile e patio, esterno tutto recintato con massima privacy, tutto curato con piante tropicali. Bello poter fare colazione sul patio bordo piscina, cibo buono e ben curato」

「The staff were all lovely. Only negative is the noise. Rooms all surround the pool as in steps away from it and late into the night there was loud laughing and merrymaking. No sleep for sober guests until early morning. It is an ideal spot away from the crowd but within 3 minutes of walking to/from the harbour and said crowd.」
