We woke up sweltering and sweaty every morning, as it seemed they shut the AC unit off at 7am. First morning I thought the AC was broken, so I went to the front desk to report it and they explained they turned it off! They asked if I was leaving for the day, and when I was coming back. What difference does that make, when……

“This is a beautiful quiet country hotel surrounded by fields and old world villages. The staff are all wonderful and patient and go out of their way to help despite my very beginner Italian. They serve a beautiful breakfast daily and the food is wonderful. Also within relatively accessible distance of the autostrada. It was a haven for us in the midst of some chaos”

“Parto da una cosa il posto è bellissimo, ma: Personale troppo impostato, direi da un 5 stelle, senza che se ne capisca il motivo, che spesso è risultato distaccato e poco ospitale; Spa basica con bagno turco e saune piccoline per le persone che fanno entrare (forse sarebbe meglio fare turni da 1 ora e mezza, con ingressi contingentati); camere da letto non all'altezza, o bagni piccolini con docce triangolari o letti scomodi con cuscini inesistenti; Area fitness che sarebbe meglio chiamare……
