“Helpful staff”

“The bath tub was extremely slippery and I fell on my shoulder and tore something. I now can't drive for a bit because I don't have a full range of motion and I am in a lot of pain. We mentioned this to 2 different staff members when there and we weren't impressed with their lack of response.”

“Be sure to contact the Microtel in Kirkland Lake directly. Don't bother booking through Expedia. We booked 3 rooms. Non of them were refundable. We booked one of the rooms for 2 nights. We THOUGHT we were on the Wyndam site booking directly however bots and scammers pose as the actual site. We ended up booking through a scam site that charged us outrageous booking fees that weren't listed up front and the room was non refunable. Avoid the hassle.
