“The property was great, very spacious with plenty of room for our extended family, 7 people total. Everything was well taken care of. The kitchen was very well stocked, and communication was great. Location was terrific, with lots of great shops and restaurants. One thing to be aware of is that there are several flights of stairs to get to the flat. That was a bit of a surprise, but we were able to manage it.”

“Great cottage for a stay with dogs. Warm and cosy, wooden floors everywhere and a door to stop them going upstairs. Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, huge beds with good bedding. Everywhere clean and tidy and really good to have a bath as well as a shower for a nice soak after a long walk. Also grateful for the detailed instructions from the owner how to find the cottage as we may have driven past the lane. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit the Matlock area……
