Disappointed about staff welcoming, and management, bad smelling room, towels, linen. Maybe related to a long closing period. It was the first week seasonal reopening. Unacceptable if you wanna be a 5 stars. SPA girl to be chanced, too unpolite. Never available in the SPA for assistance. Good breakfast.
