  • Apartment Raspolic is apartment (33m2) in big house on ground floor. House is located in quiet neighborhood. Apartment consists of kitchen and living room, bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, the living room consist of sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. The bedroom contains a bed (160 × 200), wardrobe and work desk and the bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. Free WiFi is avialable in whole apartment.

    Our apartment is one of four apartments in our house. All apartments are renovated in May 2018. This apartment is on ground floor. We are located in a small and quiet street, surrounded by family houses. In front is a large green area around the house and a large parking lot.
    Apartment consists of kitchen and living room, bedroom and bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped, the living room consist of sofa bed, satellite TV and air conditioning. The bedroom contains a bed (160 × 200), wardrobe and work desk and the bathroom is spacious with a bathtub. Free WiFi is avialable in whole apartment.
    The nearest supermarket is 300 m away and other facilities (restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, bank, etc.) are located in Matulji (700 m away) and Kastav (2 km away)
    We are close to tourist destinations: Rijeka is 10 km away and Opatija 5 km. Nearest beach is 3km away.

A beautiful holiday apartment with very accomodating landlords.

The apartment was nicely decorated and newly renovated, so you feel immediately at home. All important kitchen utensils and other accessories were also available;) The beautiful terrace with seating was a good place to end the evening. Various shopping facilities and also restaurants are available in the very nearby city, so you don't have to go long distances. A nice bathing possibility is also located in the nearby Opatija. The landlords were very friendly, courteous and receptive to us from the very first moment. All in all, I can only recommend the beautifully renovated apartment with a modern bath, kitchen and bedroom.
