「Nice to stay at this hotel. Good location with many restaurants, supermarket and DM. Go to tourist area by bus only 15-20 mins by bus or by walking for 30 mins. We are pleased to get the upgrade to the biggest room on second floor. We like their art design every where at he hotel. Very nice staff clearly to introduce the sightseeing area to us. We will come to stay at this hotel again」

「Great hotel. Highly recommended.」

「Our room was close to the road side, more noisy when sleeping…」

「This hotel located a bit further to city centre but rather quiet area. There's tram number 1 easily going to the city centre. There's a self service hotel but everything has been told before our arrival. It's quiet. Room is big enough for 2 people. A nice lounge area and working space with a coffee machine. You can store your drink in their fridge at the lounge area. A little bit cleaning can be done in the room but overall it was a nice stay! :)」

「Please and please pay attention to what you getting in foreign countries. First of all after arrival’s and checked in we were asked to grab our luggage and walk in 100 hit in streets to get to old building then you have to climb to 3rd floor in narrow stairs with carrying our baggage and at the end you get in a room with a extremely hot room with no air conditioning and even fan. To be fair there was a fan in the size of super small at the table. After long talk to hotel reception (walking bank...

「Property is in a residential neighborhood about 15 minutes by bus to the main part of the city. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen has only salt and pepper so come prepared if you intend to cook, but there is a coffee maker and tea provided. Bed was comfy. Free washer and dryer in basement which was wonderful. There is no elevator.」

「Excellent location and very nice room; the staff is warm and helpful.」

「One of the best hotel in Salzburg」

「I stayed at this hotel from May 30 to June 1. On the night of May 31, the air conditioner started leaking water. We called the front desk staff for help, and they advised us to turn off the air conditioner and sleep with the window open. We followed their instructions. However, not long after we went to bed, the air conditioner began to make warning beeping sounds. The staff came again and turned off the beeping, telling us that everything should be fine, then left the room. Unfortunately,...
