Der gesamte Zustand war unzumutbar – es sah überhaupt nicht wie ein Ort aus, an dem man übernachten kann. Wir mussten wieder gehen und haben um eine Rückerstattung gebeten. "At first the location seems really far from the centre however it is about 2-3mins walk to the underground and then a 10-15min ride to St Stephen’s and the public transport is very affordable. The room was spotless with everything needed including: towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. The staff were excellent, they were friendly, and happy to help. "
