“We loved the fact you had a boat slip and could just get in your boat and go anytime . We went to Roy’s to eat and every evening watched the beautiful sunsets from our boat . When we arrived the bedding had brown stains on it and there were no wash rags , also no can opener or coffee not that those things are deal breakers had we known we would have just brought our own from home . However the bedding was definitely not clean . We just stripped it and didn’t sleep with it , we always bring……
