"Great experience at the 101 URBAN. A nice outdoor seating area with a bar. The dining and breakfast room is located next to the reception, and best of all, the staff are helpful and friendly."

"If you want budget hotel Wizz with its swimming pool is a better choice. Amongst the negatives for Pop the worst breakfast arrangement and limited food choice, poor bedroom and bathroom layout, makes it impossible to use the toilet without getting your feet wet if you take a shower and dangerous on the slippery bedroom floor. The only plus is direct access to Kelapa Gading mall."

"Hotel is good for Kelapa Gading area we have stayed in Wizz, Harris and Cabin Hotels and El hotel is best value for money. Plus nice large foyer/ entrance area with a separate bar. Room are a bit dated and poorly lighting ours had a bath and hand held shower, i would of preferred a walk in shower."

"Absolutely wonderful. Facility is new & clean and spacious. Connected to the MKG (Mall of Kelapa Gading), so convenient for food & shopping. Will come back to stay again for sure."

"No shampoos /soap and small towels. Had to go to indomart at midnight to get shampoo and soap to shower. Room is clean and spacious but everything is outdated. Under bed was so dusty. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Food was only left a little bit and cold and not even warm. Orange juice was "

"Very cheap hotel so the rooms reflect the cheap rate. Taps and showers had 1/10 rating with dripping water. Room condition was poor but acceptable given it was SGD 35/day. Staff was good. AC was cooling and bottle water was available. Luckily toilets flushed well. Don’t expect room cleaning and have to ask staff daily to top up water and coffee. I stayed 4 days. "
