“This was a last min book and for being a 5 star in Iquitos it was quite nice and a good break from the weather but with most pricy hotels, you pay for everything. We had gotten a room that was facing the pool area, very nice and quiet. We were then changed to a different room due to a “mistake” that was facing the plaza, meh it was super loud and not calming at all when you want a break from all the buzz. There’s a carafe to heat up water which is always a plus for me so that I don’t have to……

“This boutique hotel is not high end. The price reflects that it’s more of a budget hotel but I would still give this boutique a 9/10. The place is very clean, staff are very helpful, the owner is always on site. We did have an issue upon check in, we booked a deluxe suite with a King Bed and they gave us a smaller room with a double bed. We pointed out the error and we come to realize that they have no King Beds available at this hotel (even though the booking site offers this selection.) we……

“The staff were nice and the food was great. Semi-off grid so you're somewhat isolated. Not all inclusive but many daily add on tours available. ”

I didn't anderstand because on your mail, you said that it was pays, but in fact no. Some mistake become sometime, but it is necessary to me to tell you that.……

“Buena experiencia en general. El personal es bastante atento y se involucra bastante en satisfacer tus necesidades. Las habitaciones son buenas y acorde al precio que pagas. La atención del desayuno muy buena también. Lo recomiendo y volvería a ir. Solo deberían ser más rigurosos con el uso de mascarillas. Tanto el personal como algunos huéspedes no la usaban, correctamente, en áreas comunes interiores. ”
