Located in Puerto de Mazarrón, the recently renovated 52 m² Puertosol apartment welcomes up to 3 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. You'll find the space fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace for your comfort. The private balcony is perfect for relaxing.



Enjoy the communal covered terrace and the shared outdoor pool, both set within a residential complex with landscaped gardens—ideal for unwinding and enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.



Street parking is available and shared with other residents. Events are not permitted on the property.



The beach and town center are just a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to easily explore the coastal charm of Puerto de Mazarrón and enjoy local amenities at your own pace.



Please note: Painting work is scheduled in the complex during November and December.
