Scotia Bank is next door, 2 small vegetable outlets across the street, a mall (and grocery store) a block away, and the MAZATLAN sign a 20-minute walk. A/C, water pressure, and hot water were good. My stay was not without issues, but Gpsrentas was excellent in dealing with them. I was compensated, so it would be unfair for me to mention those issues here. "The property was as advertised could have been a little bit cleaner as it was a rush clean job no doubt. The only other small issue was it needs a coffee maker, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. The on site property managers Moises and Daniel were beyond excellent making sure every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. The property manager was responsive and attentive all in all we would stay there again in the future."
