Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

This is a sham!!

This was a complete scam. Although we booked and paid via Hotels.com, when we arrived, they said they had no record of pur booking and insisted that we pay (again) at the desk. DO NOT BOOK!
