This home is located in the Payette National Forest in McCall, ID near great summer and winter recreation. From water sports on Payette Lake to winter skiing on Brundage Mountain nearby, there's lots to choose from. Guests have access to the Spring Mountain Ranch Club House a few blocks away with plenty of convenient community amenities.

A gravel path leads up to the front door of this two-story condo. With a comfortable, rustic feel, a spacious interior, and a large deck, it's the perfect spot for a memorable getaway. Gather and relax in front of the flatscreen TV with DVD player and Netflix streaming capabilities (please provide your own account). There's also complimentary WiFi so you can hop on your laptop to check the weather or post some photos.

The living room flows right into the dining space, where there's a round table with four seats. There are also four additional bar stools at the counter. The fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials, plus a dishwasher for effortless clean-up.

Next to the dining area, a sliding glass door goes out to the huge deck area for seamless indoor/outdoor entertaining. Breathe in the fresh air or enjoy an evening cocktail outside. This home will accommodate up to eight guests, thanks to two bedrooms and a loft area. The master bedroom is located on the second floor, and boasts a queen-size bed and a full en suite bathroom. The loft area upstairs features a comfy futon bed for additional guests. On the main level downstairs, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the living room features a pull-out sofabed. There's also a full bathroom on the main floor.

Take a revitalizing swim in the community pool at the Spring Mountain Ranch Club House only a few blocks away. You'll also have access to the gym, game room, media room, and tennis courts. The Little Ski Hill is just five miles away from the condo for beginners and kids looking to practice their skills. When it gets hot outside, the beautiful Payette Lake is about a mile away, where you'll find boating, jet skiing, canoeing, or whatever activity your heart desires. Bear Basin Trailhread on Brundage Mountain features great hiking trails for a nice workout and stunning scenery.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
