The Space:

The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area centered around a large stone fireplace and a wall of windows that bring in natural light and mountain views. The living room includes oversized, comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV, creating a natural place to gather.



The kitchen is fully equipped with ample space for preparing meals, with four cushioned bar stools at the island and a dining table with seating for ten nearby.



Just off the kitchen is a combined half bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer (pods provided).



The primary suite is also on the main level, offering a king bed, flatscreen TV, and direct access to the deck. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, an oversized walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet.



Upstairs, a loft at the top of the stairs provides an additional seating area with a sofa. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a king bed and one with two twin beds, both with closets. A large shared bathroom includes double sinks and a separate room for the toilet and shower, making it easy for multiple guests to use the space.



Downstairs, the game room adds another layer of living space, with a pool table, comfortable seating, flatscreen TV, and a wet bar with a mini fridge. Doors lead directly out to a covered patio and the backyard fire pit area.

Our homes are located in natural mountain and forest environments. While we maintain regular professional pest control service, insects and spiders are a normal part of the outdoors and may occasionally be present. Deer and other wildlife frequently visit the area and may leave droppings in outdoor spaces between maintenance visits. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the beauty and wildlife that make these locations so special.

When winter arrives, Brundage Mountain is within easy reach for outstanding skiing and snowboarding that the whole group will love.
