Welcome to Mountainside Villas at Massanutten


Whether you are planning or romantic getaway, or looking to spend quality time with the family, Mountainside Villas is the perfect escape! These spacious two-bedroom townhomes pair an authentic mountain setting with unique amenities. Warm up by the fireplace in the comfortable living room, cook a meal for the family in the fully equipped kitchen, sit back and relax in the jetted tub and private sauna, or breathe in the fresh mountain air while observing local wildlife from the private decks. The lower level includes a living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a dining room, a full kitchen, one full bathroom with a sauna, and a private deck, while the upper level includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, a loft area with two twin beds, one full bathroom, and a second private deck.


Mountainside Villas is located at Massanutten Resort, a premier four-season destination in the Shenandoah Valley. With popular attractions like the Indoor/Outdoor WaterPark, Mountain Greens and Woodstone Meadows 18-hole golf courses, The Spa at Massanutten, and the Family Adventure Park, Massanutten has something for everyone. Each Mountainside Villa rental comes with 8 complimentary recreation passes to Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club (MFRC), which offers a variety of fun activities. Christmas Skiing

The location is perfect for the price. You can not ski out of the unit, but it is a short 3 min drive to the ski lift. The property is spacious and has plentty of room for all residents to "congregate". Wonderful view of the golf course off the first and second floor decks, deer is practically living in the back yard and eating from your hands. The Campfire Grill and the Rec.center is a short 3 min walk. Sauna is a perfect option! everything is clean and works!!!Definitely recommend for skiing and mountain exploring.

Nice condo

The condo was clean and convenient to the areas we were interested in visiting. It was very quiet and peaceful. The deer were an added bonus. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.
