"The room decor was a little out dated and the comforter could’ve have been cleaner. There were stains on the top cover, sheet, as well as the pillow cover. The bathroom had a strange odor and the room next doors walls were paper thin. "

"It was ok. I bleached my room dowm immediately as I do at all stays away from home. It was events going on & other options were sold out. It was overpriced at thos location as well. It could use some updates with decor everywhere. The outer blankets needed to be washed ( both were dirty) . It needs a scent system for the smell. Again the entire place needs newer updates in decor. Also the use of BLEACH in laundry & cleaning bathrooms. It just didnt appear or fell the cleanest. Please was the thicker brom light quilts more often..we just took them off once we seen the stains on both & bleached down everything from handles, remote to the bathroom. So lucky it was a short stay. Invest in a decor,paint ,overall decor uplift ,& add a cap of bleach when cleaning bathrooms , sheets ect... PLEASE! It will go a long way woth guests. "

"The hotel was nice and clean with good amenities of free breakfast and drinks each day. Parking was easy and free. It was super convenient and close to all the kids activities (City Museum, Arch, Zoo, etc). The blackout curtains in the room actually worked! We happened here during spring break when the weather was not great so the pool was insanely crowded and kind of gross (cloudy water and foamy hot tub). The pool water was also a bit chilly so not super enjoyable swimming which was a bummer bc that’s always a nice activity for the kids. I think had the hotel not been so busy we would have enjoyed our stay a bit more but it was good overall. "

"This hotel was listed with a “good” rating but it is really edging on “fair” to “poor.” It’s an old and humid building. The room was ok, but it did smell like smoke and there was a stain on one bed’s sheets and visible ones the mattresses around the bottom, but no sign of bugs as other reviews have mentioned. The shower was dirty and I opted not to use it. Breakfast did have a good variety, but no real coffee and the Frosted Flakes were substituted with Corn Flakes, which a guest had a good laugh about. However there were two flavors of waffle mix, biscuits, eggs, and gravy. The staff was nice but I would not stay again and wouldn’t have stayed the one night if we could’ve gotten a refund and found somewhere close to stay. It was definitely not worth the price we paid, but will do if you’re desperate for a place to lay your head that isn’t your car."

"One of Elevators did not work the entire time we were there. The shower faucet handle in our room fell off. There was no hot water."
