“The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there.……

“Beautiful and spacious, clean and updated, and comfortably housed 4 adults, with space in main living area for an air mattress if needed. Great location, and able to easily walk to Metro, area restaurants, shopping, and not a far drive from DC and other sites of interest. Host was thorough and prompt when responding to questions. Highly recommend if wanting to stay close to but outside of DC area, with easy access to Metro. LOVED IT!!! ”

“All rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is a quiet and parking was very convenient. The only suggestion is that for individuals who are chemically sensitive the air plug ins that are used are overwhelming. If you unplug them the smell quickly dissipates. I would highly recommend this rental.”

“This rental space is well-maintained with an upgraded bathroom and a luxuriously large bed for sleeping. I did not try out the sleeper sofas but they appeared to be in fine condition. There is a small hotel-size fridge and microwave, with basic utensils for travelers who plan to eat most meals elsewhere, or microwave meals. Do pay attention to the details of additional expenses. The base advertised cost doesn't cover cleaning and parking fees,”

The property seamlessly blends historic charm with high-end modern luxury, and it was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The amenities provided were fantastic and made our stay incredibly comfortable. One of the biggest highlights is the location—it is an easy 2-minute walk to shopping and groceries, making it incredibly convenient. We highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!”
