“This home was just as listed. Plenty of space and things to do. Unfortunately the river flooded days before we arrived but it did not stop us from enjoying the property. We couldn’t kayak but that was not a deal breaker. The host was very transparent and accommodating. I look forward to visiting again so that I can experience the river more!”

“The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year.”

We had the BEST time, the river level was up but that certainly didn't stop us from enjoying it, so dont let that detour you. “The best stay I have had so far coming up to the springs!! Location is perfect, only about a half mile to the park and river. The cabin was clean and very cozy perfect for two with everything you will need for your stay. Couldn’t have asked for better host’s!!!! They were the friendliest and best I have ever had, really made you feel at home and welcome! Can’t wait to go back again, definitely recommend staying here!”

“Location was the primary attraction. We were in town for a family holiday within close proximity to the rental. The tiny house has everything you need to feel at home. We slept well. Enjoyed coffee on the deck. Watched the river slip by.”

“The location was great but there was 3 miles of dirt road required to reach out. Property was in a good spot but land was not cared for. Property owners did not have house ready for check in on time—was about an hour late. This late check in was only exasperated due to a broken light in the living room. In addition to this broken light, were missing cabinets, a broken microwave handle, dirty silverware, a missing supply of soaps, towels, or other necessities, lack of any dining room table, etc.……

“Loved the house. Plenty of room, comfy beds and very clean. My daughter and family stayed downstairs. It was a little warmer than they liked but found a fan that helped a lot. River was up but all good. It has a floating deck that was large enough for the pontoon boat. We enjoyed just riding the river n site seeing. Everything was great. Only recommendation I would have is to leave one cabinet empty for groceries. It’s just my personal preference. I’m a little OCD and this house was perfect for……

“I had a great stay at the Coppertop. Myself and my brother paddled nearly 20 miles in two days from this location at the confluence of the Ichnetuckee and Sante Fe Rivers. The house is in good condition and had all the things we needed to make it a great trip.”

“We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!”

“The view is beautiful! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper and lower decks that over-looked the river. The dock was very nice… we tried to fish but did not catch anything. The children loved the rope swing and the fruiting orange tree in the back. We also had an Easter egg hunt in the back yard (which is large). There is a fire pit as well. The house is two stories but you have to use outside stairs to get up/down. This did not bother us, however if you have smaller children it might. It is……
