"Even though I gave information if the travelers with me they asked me at check in and required my roommates ID. They also required a pet fee after the fact which they refused to take cash for and refused to check me in unless I have them a card to charge to which they could not process with their machine and had to manually enter. Even though it showed completed I then was forced to wait while someone else came to verify on their end that it had give through. It was late and it seemed like every possible way to make the check in process more difficult and inconvenient was employed to which the desk clerk just quoted policy and inability to work around it."
