The dock is a seasonal amenity and is only guaranteed to be installed from June through August.

Installation and removal dates outside of those months vary depending on weather, water levels, and seasonal conditions. Guests booking in spring or fall should not assume the dock will be available unless their stay falls within the guaranteed June-through-August period.

The private beach and waterfront remain available when the dock is not installed.

★ NOISE MONITORING ★

To help protect the home and surrounding neighbourhood, the property is equipped with a Minut sensor. It monitors noise levels, occupancy, temperature, and humidity. It does not record conversations or audio.
