「I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would definitely not recommend it.
The front desk service was terrible. The check-in process took an unreasonable amount of time because the staff focused heavily on training a new employee while completely ignoring the long wait time for guests. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers’ time.
The room itself had multiple serious issues. The air conditioning was not working at all. When I reported it to reception,...

「So Mika was one of the best hosts I think that we have ever dealt with so generous so kind of really good experience. Overall he went far above and beyond by helping us to be able to take our laundry and get it done. Buy some groceries for our kids, and then on top off all that he was able to extend our stay so we could explore the area before our flight.Mika is the epitome of a great host and I would not hesitate to stay with him.Thank you Mika, you made our stay extra special!」

「We had a lovely stay at this apartment in France. The apartment was exactly as described and was clean and well maintained. It had the basic kitchen and bathroom supplies we needed, which was a very thoughtful touch. The Disney theme was also really apparent throughout the apartment, with lots of fun Disney artwork and décor that made it especially enjoyable for our family.
The location was great for visiting Disneyland Paris. We took the 2233 bus to and from the parks, which took about 27...
