Comfortable 21/2-room basement apartment with, outdoor seating in the summer months with a small charcoal grill and 3 deck chairs, charging station for bicycles, a small fire bowl is also available, separate entrance to the basement apartment and parking space, 1 spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped fitted kitchen; close to Heidelberg and Sinsheim in the middle of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region!
Wonderful destinations! There are wonderful sights, adventure worlds, events, landscapes and cultural facilities to discover within a radius of approx. 35 km! Some examples:

Bei Regen: keinen SchlafWir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt leider etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, es hat immer mal wieder geregnet. Dieser Regen machte sich je nach Stärke durch Klopfen bzw. Rauschen im Schlafzimmer bemerkbar (ein Video bzw. Audiodatei kann leider nicht hochgeladen werden). An Schlaf war dann nicht zu denken. Es scheint ein Regenabflussrohr quer durch das Schlafzimmer zu verlaufen.Die Beschreibung im Onlineauftritt zu den Schlafzimmern ist irreführend. Gemäß Beschreibung (siehe Foto) soll es 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 2 Betten und nochmal 2 Einzelbetten geben. Es gibt jedoch nur ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten und 2 weitere Betten stehen im Wohnzimmer.Außerdem ist die Zimmerhöhe insgesamt sehr niedrig und beträgt teilweise keine 2m. Für Leute größer als 1,90m ist das problematisch.

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in dieser FeWo. Zimmer waren i.O. und der Kontakt mit Fr. Beckmann war sehr angenehm. Außerdem ist der der Italiener in Meckesheim fußläufig zu erreichen und eine absolute Empfehlung wert!

Beautiful home with 2 large bedrooms fitted with a sitting area and each room had a television. Lounge dining area, one bathroom and toilet and medium sized kitchen . There were beautiful paintings done by Arno which made the house even nicer.The accommodation had a beautiful outdoor area but unfortunately we didn’t have time to enjoy it as we were travelling approx 30mins to Heidelberg each day as we had come for a wedding.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Besonders die Nutzung des Gartens hat uns gut gefallen. Meckesheim und Umgebung ist eine sehr sehenswerte Ortschaft. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, und wir können uns gut vorstellen, diese Unterkunft wieder zu buchen.

We loved this place. The property was clean and comfortable, it was quiet and peaceful, we loved the artwork all over the walls, and it was only a 5 minute walk to the train station and the grocery store. It was a quick train ride into Heidelberg.

Wir haben als Familie ein Paar Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht. Da sie halb im Keller liegt, war es trotz 30 Grad Außentemperatur in der Wohnung angenehm.

Tolle Souterrain Wohnung nähe Heidelberg
Wir haben mit unseren Teenager Jungs einen Trip ins Technik Museum Sinsheim/Speyer gemacht.Die Wohnung hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung, trotzdem ruhig gelegen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Ehepaar Beckmann hat uns noch tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhiges Souterrain in wunderschöner Gegend
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der erste Kontakt war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde bei Ankunft direkt gezeigt wo wir Parken dürfen( gesichert auf dem Gelände!) und ein Rundgang durch die Räumlichkeiten gemacht.Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und einladend, man sich auch gleich Wohl. Sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral
2 Schlafzimmer. Sehr liebevoll und detaillreich eingerichtet. Separater Eingang und freundliche und hilfreiche Vermieter. In Küche war alles notwendige vorhanden. Deckenhöhe ab ca. 1.90 m schwieriger.
