「I’ve stayed at Aparta Hotel Portal del Rodeo 5 times, and I always love their friendly and courteous staff. All the anpartments are spacious, including a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a bedroom. The breakfast is served in your room. There is no touristic attraction nearby, but the extensive bus services will take you anywhere in town, and several restaurants and a supermarket are in the Arkadia Shopping Center in front of the hotel.」

「Bad customer service. I booked on the same day and they told me I had to register with them 72 hours before my reservation. I showed up and no one was there. I also called their customer service and one one answered. I was left to book a different hotel last minute. 」

「Great location and very comfortable. The host is great and very helpful. Nice kitchen and living area. Upstairs balcony. The music is loud at night from the bars next door but it’s a fun neighborhood and it gets quiet later. Mini markets and lots of great shopping and restaurants nearby. 」
