"We booked the room with the bunk beds. It was very simple and very clean. We parked a couple of blocks away. I suggest using Spot Hero to find the best deal for parking. The room looked out on a brick wall. We didn’t care. It was quiet. In the middle of the night I started hearing a tapping/clicking noise. It was coming from the wall. It was like dripping water, impossible to ignore. I did not sleep well."

"Beautiful property with excellent staff. Lovely bar area and lounge. Beautiful art (a metal dress series). Only considerations .. we were in town for a medical procedure at Wills and hence spent time in the room…. no smart tv options to log into (no netflix/prime.. etc.). .. not ideal if time is to be spent in room. Also .. state of carpets (with exception of main lounge area) very poor.. giant spot in room quite an eyesore . Time for refurbishment!!!! Otherwise .. GREAT stay with top notch staff. Ty Muhammad for escorting us to our room and getting us settled when we arrived!!! Kudos to check-in staff as well.. very warm and helpful. Great bar staff too .. although a bummer that bar didn’t open until 11:30AM .. bar side mimosas would have been welcome!!! All in all a POSITIVE experience in a great location. Ty😁"
