"Our stay was so lovely, the staff were all so kind especially Miss Hamina who made sure we had everything we needed and was always very attentive of our needs. She was the sweetest. The breakfast was incredible. The only thing that we did not like was there some a used glove on the chair in the work desk in the room. It looked used and we didn’t know where it came from. Other than that, everything was great!"

"We were greeted with Moroccan tea and a sweet while we checked in. Staff were friendly and helpful carried bags to our room and gave us advice on cost for taxis etc. The room was small but had everything we needed including fresh fruit. Breakfast was included and a great start to the day. Great location for exploring the Medina and corniche. "

"I like that it was in front of Tanger Voyager station. The dinner buffet was excellent. It was walking distance to the beach. "

"We arrived at 2:30 PM to check in, but it took a while for our room to be ready. From 2:30 to 4:00 PM, we were checking with the reception, and they informed us the room was not yet available. At 4:00 PM, a kind member of the reception team noticed us resting in the lobby and asked if anyone had assisted us. We explained that we had completed the check-in process and were waiting for our room. She returned to apologize that the check-in would take a bit longer, as the rooms were still not ready. The team kindly offered us welcome drinks, which was a thoughtful gesture. At 4:40 PM, we finally received our room. After that, our stay was a great experience. We did notice some ants in the room, but it did not affect our stay. A special thank you to Hasna in the main restaurant for her positive energy and excellent cooperation—it truly made our experience even better. Overall, a pleasant stay with attentive staff who made us feel welcome."

"Waiters were not professional "

"The suite is very spacious and modern. Walkable disitance to the beach, dining and shopping stores. Everything is close by and rarely need a car unless need to go far. Driving in the area is challenging especially at nights. There is a little hanut outside the gate that has that for late night snacks, drinks and even phones accessoires. There are many restaurants of all types even surprisingly turkish, indian, americans and so many other choices and all budgets levels. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is very new and the only feedback is i wish they use cards for rooms access instead having entering a code. I wish also asked for walk through to make sure everything working properly and making a list of things needed for cooking. If you plan to be cooking bring dont forget spices and cooking oils. Stoves use propane and you will need to get lighter or matches. An electric stove would have been a better choice IMO. Propane tank in kitchen balcony under Large AC blowing hot air at it is not an optimal aituation. Overall the place is very comfortable and well lit and a nice layout. "
