「The staff made they stay, they were anticipating all of our needs and had what we needed even before we asked. The spa was wonderful and we were able to make appointments for the next day. I would highly recommend the room with a view of the pool and beach. The beach even had a boardwalk if you didn’t want to walk in the sand. This place had all you need and more. 10 out of 10.」

「Nice hotel but not to relax no rolls every day the restaurant and tv in the lobby it’s loud too , they play music very loud music until 1.20Am .so I hope they can manage the music because it’s hotel not night club.」

「入住时WiFi故障，令人有些许不便，其他很好，停车场工作人员十分和善。」

「The staff we’re incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. I had a wonderful dinner at Parisa and an amazing massage in their spa. I highly recommend this property!」

「Rooms are great and spacious, breakfast was great, but the staff were unprofessional and rude. Specially the girl at the front desk and the doorman. We were charged extra and, they tried saying that the online reservation wasn’t available but i did it and showed it to them. Hotel is clean and nice but the employees are not professional at all specially with moroccans….i will never go back to it ….」

「All good.」

「Absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Ibn Batouta in Tangier! From the moment we arrived very late at night, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. The check-in process was quick and stress-free, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The room was perfect — spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. The shower was excellent, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection with really good quality food and amenities throughout the hotel. A huge special thank you to...

「Great place.」

「新式酒店，清潔，寧靜，寬敞，很好的入住體驗。」

「The receptionist, I think Abdul (with glasses) was very efficient checking us in despite arriving at 2am. The hotel was good, breakfast was nice. Shame our flight to Tangier was delayed by 6 hours so we were unable to spend much time there. Nonetheless a very good hotel, staff and close to the airport.」

「Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and I would not recommend it, especially for families. From the very first night, we felt misled. Due to our delayed flight, we arrived late and were told that the rooms we had originally booked had been given to other guests. We were promised our correct rooms the following morning, but after repeatedly asking for three days, nothing was resolved. Instead, we were offered alternative rooms and told we had to pay an additional...

「Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Alles was tot in de puntjes geregeld. Geweldige service en zeker een aanrader!」
