"The first room the ac was broken, the staff quickly moved us into another room, this room wasn’t as well maintained and unfortunately no fridge like the other room and the floor wasn’t vacuumed or mopped properly. Breakfast and the staff was perfecto"

"The value for the price was good, it was a great place to stay! Loved the pool however the closing time of 7:00 pm is much too early. The little store was perfect for the little things you forgot or ran out of. Online is states there is an airport shuttle and that registration was easy which is not the case, they also do not run an airport shuttle. As for registration once we arrived, over two hours standing in the hot sun with no shade waiting to get our room, not a great start."

"Nice hotel fairly close to Madrid airport. Good size room and good AC. Free shuttle to airport only goes at the top of the hour though and max 20 people. Shuttle makes multiple stops at bus and various terminals so can take more time than a taxi. Forgot to report this at checkout - an odd thing happened around midnight. The room light by the entry door went on for a couple minutes and woke me up. At 1st thought maybe someone in room, but no one there thankfully and it went off."
