Villa in Pješčana by the Beach with Pool

  • Experience the astounding view and the private seaside swimming pool at this luxury 4-bedroom villa in Pješcana. The villa is ideal for a family or group of 10 people who wish to enjoy an exotic holiday.

    Since the villa is on the seaside, just 10 m from the sea and 20 m from the beach, you can swap between being at home and by sea as per your wish. There's a supermarket at 80 m if you wish to buy groceries. Some restaurants lie at 20 m, in the immediate vicinity. For an excursion, the town center of the historic Pula is only a 10-minute drive away.

    The villa has a balcony, which is a great place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the stunning views. You can soak up in the sun on the sun terrace with loungers before taking a refreshing dip in the pool. The roofed terrace with dining furniture and a barbecue is great for lavish dinners with some smoky starters. Children would love to play in the private fenced garden.
