“All the caravans looked amazing until we found 51 it’s very old and should not be on such a lovely site bar staff in club house were very nice but the van was not it’s severely worn out carpet worn chipped wood everywhere broken fridge door it was supplied with one plate one knife tv didn’t work until we went to shop to buy new batteries can’t park car close to van and the beds were shocking so not much sleep had but worst of all no hot water we didn’t stay both nights decided we would go home……

“The house is exactly as in the photos. Everything is very clean and has all the utensils for a great stay. The host is very kind and helped us with tips and everything we needed.”

“Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. At around 1pm I had not received the information so chased again. Was finally given the information at 2pm but was rudely told that……

“Probably a scam. I payed for my stay but never had the opportunity to go because I didn't receive check-in instructions and property was unreachable, not even Expedia could reach them.”
