“Morris, Susie and their family were so welcoming and really looked after us. The location is something else and you can just sit and watch the volcano and listen to it rumble for hours. Our bungalow was basic but comfortable, and it was nice to be able to switch off for a couple of days and experience the local village life. Unusual setup in the bathroom in the family quad room, with mesh window between our bathroom and another bathroom (had curtains both sides) so could hear everything...
Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool - was clean (not sure that the small fish were meant to be in there but kids were fine with it).”

"Travel in Nadi by taxi is easy and not expensive, so although it is not near city center or the beach, transportation is not a main concern.
Although the building is a bit old, the room is clean. Just one minor thing, the water is not hot enough for bathroom at midnight while it is normal at the morning.
There is a mall nearby, so it is also easy to access for supermarket and restaurants.
Resorts in Nadi are expensive, so if you look for a hotel with reasonable price but also acceptable service, Mercure shall be a good choice."
