Relax, restore and reconnect at 270 degrees, nestled among the trees in a peaceful part of Rye. Enjoy breathtaking ocean and bay views from the wrap around deck. Set up for one or two families to enjoy, there are four bedrooms and two living areas (one upstairs, one downstairs) both with large screen TV's and DVD players. There are also two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The kitchen and main living room are upstairs.

Extras include Foxtel, free NBN WIFI, Sony playstation and an Airhockey table that will keep the kids busy for hours! Also enjoy the extensive collection of board games, DVD's and books to enjoy as you curl up on the deck and watch the amazing sunsets.

Also features r/c air conditioning both levels, Coonara wood heater, kitchen with coffee machine and filtered water. To make your beach holiday perfect we also provide 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella and 6 beach towels for guest use.

*BYO linen and bath towels. Doona's and pillows provided. Linen hire available at $40 per person.

Well behaved, house-trained dogs are always welcome, and our property is fully fenced.

270 degrees is a short walk to the back beach and a short drive to the front beach. We are 3 minutes drive from the Peninsula Hot Springs and moments from world class golf courses.

Minimum age for rental is 25. *sorry no schoolies accepted*. Due to the upside down layout we don’t recommend our place for people with mobility issues or trouble ascending/descending stairs

Awesome house

We really enjoyed our stay at 270 degrees. It was a great location to Rye township and both Hot Springs. It was very cosy with the wood fire and also split systems. The views from the kitchen and lounge/dining and decking were spectacular. Our only complaint was the squeaky bunk bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms.

Amazing time away in Rye

Our family stayed for a long weekend to spend some quality time together. The house had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable (everyone commented on how well they slept), the kids loved the air hockey table and games room and we all had fun sharing stories by the fire. The local beaches and the vegan cafe a short drive away were highlights. Being able to bring our dogs was also amazing - highly recommend for a family getaway!

Perfect beach retreat for large family or friends close to all amenities

We recently stayed at this very spacious and comfortable property located only minutes from the Rye foreshore and shopping precinct with family and friends and there was more than enough room for all of us. The property had everything we needed from a large spacious living area upstairs which led out to the large covered deck with amazing views along with a teenagers retreat downstairs and plenty of off street parking for all of us. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating and quick to respond to any additional requests. I could not recommend this property highly enough and would be more than happy to come back and stay again

Long weekend with sunset views.

Our two small families had a wonderful stay with amazing coloured sunsets viewed each night from the large deck. The views were just fabulous!This is a lovely property with high ceilings, large kitchen and windows, and all you need to make the stay comfortable.With the back beaches close by, we enjoyed the spaces on both levels and communal areas to come together after days out and about.Communication with host timely and effective.Thanks for the opportunity for a beautiful time away with friends.

Light filled family home.

We had a wonderful stay. Recommended for anyone needing extra space. There is even a separate lounge area! Lovely spot and views to die for. Watch the sun go down while you do the dishes. Extra comfy beds are a bonus.

Fantastic property

We had a relaxing weekend.The property was perfect for us.There were three adults and 2children,one aged 8 the other 13. Easy access to Frankston,Sorrento,Rosebud and Rye. Even though the weather was overcast it didn’t make a difference. I would love to book the property again next time I decide to travel to Rye.

Family Getaway

Fabulous house for a family! The views are amazing and the upstairs, particularly, is so bright and comfortable The woodstove makes it very cozy and the it was lovely to have the wood supplied. The hosts were very generous and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!
