Excellent stay with everything you need We really enjoyed our stay at Sky One Apartments in Box Hill. From the moment we arrived, the apartment was clean, spacious, quiet and felt very secure. The building was well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the lovely view from the apartment. The unit was surprisingly large and very well equipped. Having a full-size fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer made a big difference, particularly for a longer stay. The air conditioning worked well, and there was plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.

They take pictures of both sides of your credit card and licence when you check in with no alternative. Watch out for potential fraud, but apart from not having dish cleaning supplies and having dirty dishes from the start, it was good.

The staff were not very nice. When i enquired about carparking , they were rude and unhelpful , the apartment was beautiful and the kids loved the swimming pool and spa.

Will definitely stay again - check in was easy and staff were very friendly. Felt very safe, apartment was very clean and was walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Spent a long time in the pool & spa, and loved the private rooms that were available for hire.

Room was actually a good size, clean and modern. Staff were nice and supportive. The only issue is ask for a higher floor if possible or a room not facing the city as every morning from 3:30am onwards you will hear deliveries for the fresh food market at Box Hill Central. Very loud. Still i would stay here again, just hopefully different room. Its a good location in Box Hill
