Lovely light, bright, clean and comfortable house with a fantastic gas fire for cold Melbourne weather. The location is great - near to the beach and with local shops and cafes right around the corner.

Property is great. Lounge could do with a clean and perhaps digital door entry instead of the key in the lock box which is awkward to get to

A successful visit

The only downside was that I contacted the office twice, but the promised follow up calls never happened. The first was a request for a quote for a mid term cleaning. The second was two maintenance issues.
