Charming Dromana Cottage

Catering to families, this property is fully fenced offering peace of mind parents with children to enjoy.

The location also boasts a peaceful and lovely quiet neighborhood, close to the Dromana township with its fabulous restaurants, cafes, the most incredible gourmet IGA and famous Dromana pier.

The interior of the property is modern, clean and fresh due to the recent refurbishment including newly painted throughout, open plan lounge and living adjoining the kitchen with new upgrades to the stove top, brand new fridge & dishwasher.

This area opens up to a fabulous, full length of the property, outdoor entertainment area.

Step outside to a spacious undercover entertaining area adorned with cafe blinds and outdoor furniture, which is ideal for leisurely barbecues, relaxing & unwinding.

The property features three cozy bedrooms, plus another lovely and quiet living area and the front of the property, ensuring ample space for relaxation.

Bedroom 1: Queen
Bedroom 3: bunk beds

Enjoy year-round comfort with a large air conditioner unit and ducted heating throughout, catering to diverse weather conditions and a large laundry.

Great home for family escape.

We loved our stay! The property was clean and comfortable for the family. The outdoor entertaining area was the star. Quiet street, but close enough to walk to the beach. Gardens all around were well kept. Will definitely be back with the family.
