We had a lovely stay in Warburton. The house is very comfortable, with a beautiful garden. The littlest of the group enjoyed hunting for mandarins and having space to toss a ball for the dog out back.

We had the absolute best time! The house is huge and stunning. My mother took photos so she can remodel her place exactly the same. Our dogs loved the big backyard and smuggling up to the fireplace (which we had burning nearly constantly as it was so effective at keeping the lounge warm). Honestly couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay. Truly magical.

We loved our stay at Kathy's cottage.Everything was as described - and what a pleasure it is to have a kitchen with all of the pots/pans/crockery/utensils - everything that you need: even oven mits which we find are usually missing at most holiday rentals.AND - we love an open fire - and to have lots of kindling and wood at our disposal was the ant's pants. Thank you, Kathy.
