Please note:
While we supply quality linen and towels for all guests, we do suggest guests staying more than 3 days to bring their own towels to avoid inconvenience or disappointment.

Perfect location, across from the cafe, shops and the beach. Air con in all bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Perfect for a family. Love the self check in / check out process, everything was easy and stress free.

Easy check-in & check-out, perfect location with walking distance to shops and beach.Host is friendly and helpful, reply message efficiently.The house is good, two floors, kitchen locates in upstairs with full supplies. Master room in upstairs as well. Downstairs rooms are not big but enough for traveller to stay. We were very comfortable to stay in this house.

The place was definitely a wonderful spot to stay overnight, with access to a safe parking area and space to unwind. The only thing missing was a box of tissues, and instructions on using the dvd player ( we tried the different channel options AV etc even after messaging the host ), nothing worked. Besides this,we would be happy to stay there again in future.

Dirty grout, bathmat big stain, towels with brown marks, hard to find 2 clean ones,1 bed's pillowcase had stain on it, lots marks on walls etc, fan didn't work in 1 bathroom. some noise from traffic at night, we come from a very quiet neighborhood so may not annoyed everyone. Good heating, good location for supermarkets, pier and beach. Stairs made it impossible to bring suitcase to bedroom so ended up leaving downstairs bit of inconvenient that way. We made our 4 nights stay work but felt it could have been cleaner and maintenance done better. Never used electric jug as full of brown rusty water. Washing machine was good.

We loved the proximity to the beach and shops, with good options for food. Split systems in all rooms is great. Fully functioning kitchen is great. Secure garage was appreciated. Great clear communication. Some light globes busted and poor ventilation in downstairs bathroom. Minor issues, I would stay again.

A good accommodation option for the price in a great location, especially if you have kids as there is a great playground a few minute walk away. A minute walk to the beach, fantastic to have safe and secure parking and a few restaurants within walking distance as well. There are three bedrooms, which we didn't realise and was a bonus. Two single beds and a double downstairs, serviced by a bathroom and a queen upstairs also with a bathroom. We found the double bed downstairs to be in need of an upgrade and all of the beds are very hard - not a problem if you like a very firm mattress! Some greater block out curtains are needed downstairs as well as the spotlight from next door floods in. The apartment is a bit tired but fine for the price, it is spacious and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Joyce's Rosebud unit! It's right near the beach and we enjoyed a lovely morning walk along the shore within minutes. It took us just 7mins to walk to our preferred restaurant for dinner! It is 2 storeys with 2 bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs (which I don't recall reading). I have provided the owner with some constructive feedback to make your stay even better! Everything we needed was provided and we were happy with our accommodations. We'd all happily stay here in future as the location is fantastic! Thank you Joyce!

Very good location. Photos are accurate. Downstairs area could do with better ventilation, smelt a bit musty when we first arrived. Very clean but a bit run down. Nice hot showers with great water pressure. Comfortable beds.

We chose it as it worked for our overnight staycation to Hot springs . Lots of nearby eateries & cafes for meals . Also on the beach side of the road so easy access for morning & evening walks. We stayed 1 night & checkin & communication with owner was easy .

Spotless property, well located with all the necessary amenities.

A friend and I stayed here after completing Coastrek. The townhouse was perfect for our needs, with two Queen bedrooms and hot showers. Great heating, comfortable couch and close to everything for dinner & breakfast the next morning. Communication with the owner was good. Thanks!

Comfortable apartment next to the beach. Great walking tracks along the foreshore from the front of the apartment complex. Convenient shops and restaurants, an easy walking distance away. Great for trips to the Peninsula Spar and the Mornington Peninsula.

Terribly disappointed

Couldn't get access via main gate and owner took an hour to return my call. Luckily a kind neighbour managed to open it for us. The pedestrian gates also wouldn't open with the key provided, and the garage door didn't work either. The property is very tired and doesn't look like the photos. Very steep stairs, it needs painting throughout and the downstairs bathroom definitely needs updating. The towels provided should be thrown out and the handwash was so watered down it was useless. It is close to the beach and shops, but overall it was a disappointing experience.
