The Lodge

Unwind in the comfortable open-plan space featuring a plush king-sized bed, gas fireplace, air conditioning, and a welcoming sitting area. The kitchenette is ideal for light meals and includes a coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, and bar fridge. Enjoy cosy movie nights with the TV and Chromecast.

The private bathroom is designed for relaxation, complete with a luxurious bath, spacious shower, and quality toiletries.

Outdoor Spaces

Step onto the balcony and enjoy the electric BBQ/grill, or explore the landscaped grounds. Guests can roast marshmallows by the fire pit, enjoy a game of bocce or bowls on the lawn, or relax in the garden rotunda with a warm drink while taking in the stunning Dandenong Ranges treetop views. Wildlife sightings, including local deer, are common.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of Magnolia Lodge, with shared access to the fire pit and gazebo located in the rear garden area.

• No smoking anywhere on the property
• Magnolia Lodge is set on over an acre of landscaped gardens, offering natural privacy from the nearby owner’s residence
• A limited supply of firewood is provided — once used, guests must supply their own
• Collecting wood, twigs, leaves, or branches from the property is strictly prohibited
• During fire season, no firewood or kindling is provided
• Fireplace and fire pit use is permitted only on non-windy days and when there is no Total Fire Ban
