The room is a good size, the bed was comfortable and good pillows. It would be nice to have a table to put things on or your bag. Everything was clean and lighting was good. A bedside lamp would be nice in the evening instead of ceiling lighting. I like how there is secure parking on site. The location is also Excell for trams and walkability into the main part of the CBD.

Stayed in double budget room which has more walking space and a back rest chair next to bed after we told hotel tt we are many times returning guests (this our 6th booking). Clean rooms and toilet is ensuite. Only negative is the hot water taps are individual, so makes adjusting water temperature very difficult as water can be very hot or very cold all of a sudden when showering. Same for the sink in bathroom.

Staff are helpful and friendly. The place was clean. For better or worse, Miami Hotel is an old, budget Hotel without a lift (3 levels), yet it's nice enough and only a short tram ride into the City.

Really nice room in a really good location for the price. Super easy to get the tram into the city or to walk to places too. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Kitchen was small and on the top floor shared by lots of rooms but it was never a problem. The washing machines were cash only which was a shame as there's not ATM nearby.
