I was offered early check in ( although I had to pay AUD 30.00 ) but comsidering I was on a red eye flight, the offer serve me right. I left one of my vest in the room when I checked out and the staff kept the vest and returned it to me when I went back to collect my bags

Cheap, clean and central! Beds were HORRIBLY sunken and could really do with a replace, no spare pillows unfortunately, and they don’t provide extra towels at all - 2 for 2 adults staying, so if you need another to dry your hair, or for the sauna/spa you’re out of luck. Ok, for the price… but could be improved easily with minimal fuss.

The room was clean and a very good size for a family trip. It's excellently located for the free tram service and there are great cafes on the small side street next to the building. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind which was a big plus when travelling with a child. Would definitely stay there again when I am in Melbourne.

The place is clean but set back is that there is Aircon in the rooms but this was o/come with cool weather in Melbourne. Toilets doors has no lock. And the place is Abit small for 4 occupants. There is no housekeeping services which is a let down. One saving grace is the gym and hot tub and sauna. But the location is superb and within walking distance to many nearby facilities like QVM and train station. The booking needs to clearly highlight that my booking is without house keeping. Thank you Kristine for making my stay at Paragon Apartment and Melbourne a pleasant stay.

i loved the property it was easy to check into and room was amazing only problem was we weren’t able to use the pool or sauna because it wasn’t available to use which was a big disappointment and we were really loooking forward to using those things

We stayed for 2 nights in the 2BR and 2 bathrooms apartment It’s in good condition though the sink drainage in the bathroom were slow n a little block but otherwise ok Location is great. Utensils sufficient for 4 people with basic pots and pans if needs to cook. There’s a microwave provided The highlights - heated pool, jacuzzi and Sauna
