Welcome to Saltwood House - a relaxed and welcoming coastal home, perfectly set just a short stroll from the Merricks Beach foreshore. This two-storey home offers generous living spaces, split-system heating and cooling for year-round comfort, Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen and three well-appointed bathrooms. Designed with families in mind, the home flows easily between indoor and outdoor living, with an inviting deck and BBQ area ideal for slow holiday mornings and laid-back afternoons. With on-site parking for up to four cars and thoughtful amenities throughout, it’s an effortless base for your beachside stay.

Merricks Beach is one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most peaceful and protected coastal pockets, known for its quiet foreshore, family-friendly swimming spots and beautiful walking trails through native bushland. Guests can enjoy easy access to the yacht club, nearby parks and long stretches of unspoilt coastline perfect for morning walks. The area offers a wonderfully relaxed pace while still being close to the Peninsula’s renowned wineries, farm gates and local attractions, making it an ideal destination for families and those seeking a calm coastal escape.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
